Career Suicide on LinkedIn? Or Corporate Crisis?
This past week I had to encourage (more like convince) one “perfectionist” private coaching client to celebrate her many achievements.
While there is a place for tracking, monitoring and tweaking, there are very valid reasons to celebrate and anchor in successes rather than focusing on how much more one could have done.
Small wins build up to bigger wins. And any progress is a step closer to what you want to achieve. So do celebrate your wins! And when you are focused and committed on implementing and taking action, with proper guidance you are bound to have great wins each week!
