Maybe. If you have systems and processes that you follow faithfully.
Why? Setting goals gives you a vision.
But having practical steps for doing those steps ensures you move towards your goals. A routine is necessary for consistent implementation.
Without systems and processes, goals remains as wishes.
And resolutions will not work out.

The sky is dark, the trees are swaying wildly in the strong wind; it’s tundering and pouring! I hope the weather will brighten up when I get to Langkawi.
Excitement mounting; the schedule is out and my flight is booked. I will be speaking on the use of Social Medical to about 100 medical professionals at a medical symposium in beautiful Langkawi in November!
