One way to connect with a new audience is to speak in their language.

Even if it’s just “Hello, how are you ?”

“Hello,” would count too, if you are really pressed for time to learn a new language

Step into his shoes. Enter into the conversation that’s already taking place in his head.

And speak to his heart to make that deep connection.
