Managing an authentic business requires courage.
Courage to do what’s right.
How “what’s right” is defined differently by each and I recommend listening to your own heart.
It doesn’t lie.
Can you succeed without having goals?
Maybe. If you have systems and processes that you follow faithfully.
Why? Setting goals gives you a vision.
But having practical steps for doing those steps ensures you move towards your goals. A routine is necessary for consistent implementation.
Without systems and processes, goals remains as wishes.
And resolutions will not work out.
